The Office of the Crown has made a news release regarding the U.S. Presidential election taking place tomorrow. This statement marks a historical moment as the Crown usually does not make statements regarding U. S. elections. The King wrote:

“There is no denying the feeling about the election tomorrow in our macro, The United States. As citizens of a micronation, we still have citizenship and a duty to our macro that surrounds us and effects our lives. It is my belief that most people are apprehensive about Election Day. No matter which political party or presidential candidate one may support, I believe everyone will find tomorrow difficult in some way at one point during the day. Voting is a vital role for citizens. It is part of the attempt to find a better way for our communities, our fellow citizens, our society and culture to move forward.

Never in my life have I been almost disgusted by the thought of Election Day. The absolute mishandling of the election by both parties in 2020 have made me feel this way. That election has shaken my faith in fair, confident elections in our macro.

I have been following closely the early election process in the U.S. Already there has been election integrity issues. My faith in the candidate I have chosen to vote for is strong, but their chance at a fair election is not. There is no excuse for a failure of election integrity in the United States. With modern technology and laws, no one should have to question if the final results are fair. However, with everything that’s gone on already, anyone who questions them would be right to do so.

Based on several factors, regarding how the election goes, the results, the integrity of it, I am prepared to possibly release a post-election statement on the direction of the Kingdom of Fristehen. Again, this will be based on several factors. It is my upmost hope this won’t have to be the case, but I cannot abide another scandal filled election coming from a government that should be a leader setting the example of right and wrong in the world.

It is my urging to each Fristehen to have patience throughout the day tomorrow. This Kingdom’s very motto is peace and understanding. If you practice this and show respect, no matter the results, only then can a new journey start. Yes, for one side it will definitely be a journey you may not want to take, but regardless, violence or rioting should not be the answer. Violence should only be used in self-defense. Rioting, looting, is not only illegal, but will solve nothing. The Royal Army and Royal Kastellan Service will not stand idly by and allow any of this. They have been directed by me to not be confrontational until someone’s action calls for it, but if that happens do not be afraid to stop the confrontation. I don’t think violence or rioting will happen in the Kingdom. But I urge you as a dual citizen to not take place in these in the macro either.

Next, I would urge preparedness. No matter how the results turn out, you should be prepared for anything. This means having the mindset and the supplies to adapt and overcome any situation that may arise. As I mentioned a moment ago, the election integrity issues I’ve already observed in the early voting shows you need to be prepared now more then you ever have.

Lastly, no matter who is elected, the Lord our God is the one to put your faith in. He is the King of Kings. Ask him for the patience and understanding to get through the day and the days after the election.

Peace and Understanding be with you all.”
