Monthly Meeting Of The Kings Council
This serves as official notice of a monthly meeting of the aforementioned government body of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Fristehen to be held Thursday, March 24th, in the year of our Lord 2022, at 16:00 hours at the Royal Residence, in the General Washington Room. This meeting is open for public appearance and comment following the rules of Fristehen Royal Government Parliamentary Procedure.
The Agenda:
1: Call to Order
2: Roll Call for Quorum
3: Opening Prayer
4: Monthly Report from FPLA (Fristehen Power and Light Authority) including financial report
5: Submittal from the Royal Fristehen Army for an official flag to be chosen for the RFA. Two designs will be submitted for consideration, possible vote
6: Discussion, possible action on establishing, accepting a program for foreign national citizens
7: Discussion, possible action on developing a ready reserve component for the Royal Fristehen Army. This would be for those wishing to join the RFA but do not live within the boundaries of the nation.
8: If action is taken on item 7, discussion, possible action on a pathway to citizenship through service in the RFA, for foreign nationals
9: Discussion and intelligence briefing from the FIS on the situation in Ukraine, possible call for executive session if need be.
10: Discussion for time limits on public speaking.
11: Recognition of and time for public speaking
12: Adjourn
